Recycle Multiple Solutions pay attention to the urgency of your orders. Our target is to make sure products handing over to your location fastest possible time. After confirmation of your order once, you will receive a confirmation mail from our automatic generated system or from Whats App message.Your ordered products will be sent to your given address anywhere in Bangladesh.We start the shipping process within 24 hours after confirmation of the order. So, if you want to cancel or modify your order, please inform our customer service department at your earliest.We deliver your products through our courier partner “Stead Fast’’ and ‘’Pathao”.

Refund & Exchange Policy :

We have no policy for refund, the policy only for exchange/change by another products.

 Any exchange/return is absolutely free of cost
and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an
exchange against exchange/return within 7 days of the purchase date.

You will only have to make sure the following things:

  

1. The product is unused and undamaged. 
2. The product must be returned or exchanged in the original packet/box.
3. Do not write, mark, overwriting nor put any extra sticker or tape on the original packet/box.
4. Original invoice, condition, the tag is carefully preserved.
5. Valid reasons for exchange/return should be mentioned in writing on paper
6. and included with the exchanged/returned product.

However, all exchanges/returns are subjected to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and take back the original item from you at the same time.
